Je länger ich darüber nachdenke, desto mehr bin ich davon überzeugt, dass es eine Falle für Marken ist, Machinen zu Gunsten von Menschen einzusetzen.

DALL-E, ChatGPT … es ist schwer "KI"s zu umgehen. Zwischen den Heilsversprechen von Evangelistinnen und den Untergangsszenarien einiger Kritikerinnen ist es schwer über diese Systeme zu sprechen. AI generated content should be labelled, EU Commissioner Jourova says.
Diese Forderung steht schon länger im Raum bei Verhandlungen der Europäischen Union zum Umgang mit Künstlicher Intelligenz. Eine Kennzeichnungspflicht gäbe Produzenten und Konsumenten wenigstens theoretisch die Möglichkeit Inhalte einzuordnen. Die Kennzeichnung soll dazu dienen Nachrichten beziehungsweise #fakenews stärker an einer Verbreitung zu hindern.
Für Konsumenten kann die Einordnung auch schnell zu einem Qualitätsmerkmal für Kundenservice und -Support einer Marke werden.

While I typically like what Cloudflare is doing - against all critics - I have my doubt in this one.
Safe use of generative AI tools. What would that be? Access to ChatGPT, so employers won't leak? Technology can's safe us from AI, the tools are all about ideas and the way humans think. Or to replace humans. There is no vendor to address that, plus there is no technology imaginable to control human behavior.
But it made a good headline, and as long humans read the news and make the decisions, there's nothing wrong with offering AI products.

TIL about "System Thinking". As a #designthinking coach, that caught my attention immediately.
One of the first methods I learned in this approach, is a tool to help determine business growth options and define a potentially competitive advantage around a product. Everybody has seen a causal loops before, to apply these for making business decisions has great benefits in organizations that involve many stakeholders.
The #causal #loop will help create easy to digest stories about complex issues. Picturing interrelationships and flow of information supports a better understanding of the entire system - that does not only involve technology but organization.
